Executive Member Selection Process:
- Executive members are appointed without voting, emphasizing a diverse and inclusive representation.

Election Criteria for Key Positions:
- President, Vice President (Male/Female), General Secretary, Finance Secretary, and Joint Secretary (Male/Female) are elected through a democratic voting process.
- This democratic method allows the members to actively participate in shaping the leadership of the Alumni Association.
Term Duration:
- Elected positions, including President, Vice President, General Secretary, Finance Secretary, and Joint Secretary, serve a term of two years.
- This tenure structure ensures continuity and stability while providing opportunities for new leaders to bring fresh perspectives.
Vision for the Alumni Association:
- Explore and create internship opportunities for students to bridge the gap between academia and real-world experiences.
